This Privacy Policy describes how FULCRUM ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

FULCRUM collects minimal data necessary to provide core features:

• Anonymous User ID: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to assign you a unique, anonymous identifier. No name, email, or personal information is required.
• Game Progress: Your level progress, completion times, and hint usage are stored locally on your device and synced to Firebase Firestore to enable features like leaderboards.
• Nickname (Optional): If you choose to set a nickname, it is stored in Firebase and displayed on leaderboards.

How We Use Your Information

• To save and restore your game progress
• To display global and level-based leaderboards
• To provide daily puzzle challenges
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

Third-Party Services

FULCRUM uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and analytics. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data. Google Privacy Policy

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase infrastructure provided by Google. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as described in this policy.

Children's Privacy

FULCRUM does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account registration and uses only anonymous identifiers.

Data Deletion

You can reset all your local progress from the Settings menu within the app. To request complete deletion of your Firebase data, contact us at the email below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
